The storysincere

At first, I only rode to the corner shop. Then to the park. Then I discovered that the road behind the library came out somewhere entirely unexpected.

The town grew larger as I learned it. A good hill. A quiet shortcut. A bakery worth making a detour for.

The bicycle has a new chain now. I still take the long way home when I can.

An ordinary thing, given extraordinary attention.

The Museum of Ordinary Things

Nothing ordinary
about what we keep.

A ticket. A chipped cup. A watch that no longer works. Some objects matter for reasons no label can quite explain. This is a place to try.

This early exhibit explores how a photograph and a few words can give an everyday thing extraordinary attention.
